AAS Devel LLC is now registered in Delaware. The new entity gives US clients a direct, familiar way to contract with us, while our engineering team continues to deliver from Yerevan, Armenia.
This is not our first step into the US market. Since our founding in 2017, we have worked under contract with US partners, delivering enterprise software, cloud infrastructure and data solutions. That work taught us what US companies expect from an engineering partner: clear scope, reliable delivery, and code that holds up long after launch.
Registering in Delaware lets us offer that directly. Contracts, invoicing and legal terms now sit under a US entity, which removes friction for procurement teams and makes us easier to engage for fixed-scope projects and long-term managed services alike.
